first thing you must do is to have your marriage certificate authenticated @ the DFA/MALACANANG for RED RIBBON.
(visit your nearest travel agent for that). once you have this documents, pls submit this to the australian embassy together with other supporting documents to be registered.
There should be an Australian Consulate in Manila where you can check what exactly you need to do.
