Does anyone know how easy/difficult it is to obtain a marriage annulment in the state of oregon?

How does one go about doing this themselves? Does anyone have any information on this? The wife lives in Oregon and the husband now lives in Michigan. The husband wants the anullment. What if the wife doesn't, can it still be done?Does anyone know how easy/difficult it is to obtain a marriage annulment in the state of oregon?
I believe so, yes. It is similar to a divorce, however there are much more specific reasons for an annulment. The most common are fraud, duress, incest, polygamy, mental illness and lack of consummation.

Annulments are usually more difficult to obtain due to the particular reasons/rules involved. It would be much easier for him or you to file for divorce. Most states allow default divorces which means the other spouse does not have to sign for the divorce to become legal (http://document-do-it-yourself-service.c鈥?/a>
