I was planning to get married on December in US. My fiance is American and I'm illegal during 2 months. Now, we decided to make the ceremony on my country. Can I have any problem to be illegal during 2 months? How long can take for me to come back to USA?How is the marriage process outside USA with an American?

Depend what visa you over stayed on .. and of course you cannot come back until you have another visa
